The SuccesswithHispanics™ Course takes you deep into the psycho-social and business aspects of the Hispanic culture. It is designed to fully equip non-Latinos to make wise business decisions and to wisely manage relationships with Latinos in a professional environment.

The course consists of three main sections dealing with psycho-social issues which lay the foundation for the last two modules which deal in-depth with labor management and business development issues. Each of the five major sections contain six modules of training. One hour of personalized facilitation is included with each section. The course is designed to do one section weekly in most cases.
