Course Overview

Líderes Exitosos is a professional leadership development course designed for Latinos to teach them to become highly effective leaders in the American organization. The course can be taught in Spanish or English depending on need. For successful graduates of the course Bilingual America also offers English refinement training that is often an important component to the overall leadership development of Latinos in English-dominant companies.

Líderes Exitosos is a six month course that includes bi-weekly one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions. The curriculum was designed by Ricardo González, Bilingual America’s founder and CEO, and considered to be one of the world’s foremost experts on cultural leadership. His bio is here.

Líderes Exitosos is a course designed specifically for Latinos to teach them to become highly effective leaders in the American organization. The course is taught in Spanish to reach deep into the soul through their native language. For successful graduates of the course Bilingual America also offers English refinement training that is often an important component to the overall leadership development of Latinos in English-dominant companies.

Líderes Exitosos consists of six one-hour online training modules taught by Ricardo González, Bilingual America’s founder and CEO, along with six hours of live and highly personalized small group facilitation with a Bilingual America trainer for a period of six weeks.
