GROUNDBREAKING BOOK Reveals How to Thrive (and Survive) in a Culturally Complex World
A Personal Note from the Author, Ricardo Gonzalez.
Based on feedback from readers of The 6 Stages of Cultural Mastery, I believe it may just be one of the most important books you'll ever read. If you scroll towards the bottom of this page, you'll see some of that feedback from some highly respected leaders who are more than worth following.
We're living in culturally complex times and If you want to enjoy the highest levels of success with people of diverse cultures, read this book. By doing so, you'll make more friends, have more influence, be a better leader, be more successful in business, and protect your brand from damaging cultural mistakes.
I've been working in the field of cultural communications for nearly 30 years now. I'm not a person riding the diversity, equity, and inclusion wave. I actually helped create it in some industries. I'm a serious thinker with a lot of experience and I believe we're approaching most of our present cultural challenges incorrectly.
In The 6 Stages of Cultural Mastery, I tell you in exactly which Stage, leaders become naturally inclusive, equitable, and capable of creating cultures where people really want to belong. And this is true whether it's a business, college, or even a church! These things should not be the subject of corporate or institutional policies, rather the subject of the personal transformation of leaders who have it built right into their DNA. And I explain why in the book.
This book is different from all other books you will ever read on culture and diversity. It will completely reset your cultural mindset and skill set. This book will not only show you how to most successfully connect, create, and collaborate with people of other cultures, it will move you to true mutual cultural endearment with them. That's right, not only will you learn to love them, they'll learn to love you, no matter how deep your disagreements! And this should give us all hope for a better future.
Let's face it, we're living in very challenging times and there's a lot of pressure on leaders to get this whole culture thing right. Without a doubt, the stakes are high if you get it wrong. So, instead of seeking more data on the subject, I want to invite you to look inward. I want to invite you to go through The 6 Stages of Cultural Mastery. And this is a free invitation. No gimmicks, no hooks, no nothing. I just want you to read the book. And I'm honestly not asking for anything in return. I mean, if you really like it, and want to write a review on it on Amazon or something, I would appreciate that, but that's certainly not necessary.
Here's why this is so important. I get that your time is valuable, but I honestly think reading this is more than worth your time because over time it will allow you to both expand your influence and protect your brand. Now to be clear, what I really mean to say is that this book will help you be a much more successful leader and business person with people of diverse cultures, and it will keep you from doing or saying things that could needlessly offend people. And in today's world of cancel and call-out cultures, cultural offenses have the power to derail your career or severely damage your organization's brand.
So, I think you will agree, that expanding and protecting your brand are two pretty important things to do!
If, for some reason, you're still not convinced to download the book, read what some other leaders worth following said about the book after they read it.
